Donor Advised Fund
Donor Advised Funds enable donors to establish either an endowment or nonpermanent gift fund to grant to multiple nonprofit organizations of the donors' recommendation. The donor has the benefit of working with our Program Department to meet their philanthropic goals.
Designated Fund
These funds benefit one or more designated organizations as identified by the donor at the time the fund is established. The Foundation can help in recommending substitutions should an organization cease to exist.
Field of Interest Fund
These funds support a general area of interest to the donor including arts, education, health and human services. The Foundation makes granting decisions for these funds during our regular funding cycle.
Unrestricted Funds
These funds award grants to organizations and programs that respond to the region's most pressing issues and opportunities. Grants from unrestricted funds are awarded after the grants committee, comprised of knowledgeable members of the Foundation's Board and community volunteers, review grant applications and make recommendations to the Board. |
