Basic Meeting Information:
Meeting spaces are available to the community – as a community foundation we prioritize nonprofit use, but you do not need to be affiliated with a 501c3 organization to rent space, but note that we we do not allow for-profit businesses to make direct solicitations.
There is limited parking available on site. Please allow time for parking and please note that we need to maintain access to neighborhood homes and side streets. Inappropriately parked vehicles may be towed.
In the event of bad weather, the Santa Fe Community Foundation follows the Santa Fe Public Schools for closures and delays.

Please note: reservations must be made within business hours (9AM-4:30PM). Usage up to 4 hours is considered half-day. Usage from 4 to 8 hours is considered full day.

*Our projectors use standard VGA input. We do not supply Mac adapters. Our laptops support USB and CD/DVD media. If you have questions about networking, hardware use, or connectivity, please submit inquiries as far in advance as possible.
