Emerging Social Sector Leaders Programs 1.0

1.0 Program

This experiential immersion program weaves together the learning circle model with elements of personal and professional development. Through facilitated exploration of your own leadership, deep reflection, goal-setting, and peer networking, this immersion program will:

  • Advance your understanding and practice of leading in the nonprofit sector,
  • Strengthen your network of nonprofit colleagues through peer-to-peer learning and support,
  • Deepen your understanding of leadership capacity through gained leadership skills,
  • Align your personal and professional development goals.

Program dates:

  • Application deadline - April 9, 2021
  • Applicant notification - April 30, 2021
  • Program sessions (Fridays 2pm-4pm): May 14, May 28, June 11, June 25, July 9, and July 23. Participants should plan to attend ALL sessions.

Fees for this program include all 6 sessions and are set up on a sliding scale: 

  • Tier 1, Organization Budget Under $150,000/year: $115
  • Tier 2, Organization Budget $150-500,000/year: $235
  • Tier 3, Organization Budget Over $500,000/year: $325

Applications are reviewed and final decisions are made by the Emerging Social Sector Leaders facilitation team. If you are accepted into the program we will send you a registration link.
