Creating an Evaluation Plan that is Aligned with Community Cultural Values

Program Description:

Robert Sturm will work with participants to explore the ways in which the use of mainstream planning and evaluation methods can hinder the success of the programs being evaluated when they are not aligned with the culture, values and goals of the community a program is designed to serve. Then he will walk the co-hort through the development of a comprehensive evaluation plan customized to your project, resulting in a plan that is truly useful to those running the program and meaningful to all stake holders. Robert will share an organic logic model format that can be used in community to define goals, objectives and vision for a project. Participants should have a project to evaluate.
