Hybrid Event (see below for details)
If you are a longstanding executive director, what do you wish you had known on day one? What keeps you inspired? What has changed during your tenure? If you are a newer director, what surprised you on day one? Where would you like your agency to be in the coming years? This peer-to-peer dialogue will focus on sharing the experiential wisdom of longstanding executive directors and the energy and ideas of those who are newer at the table. This will be a great opportunity to ask questions and mentor each other.

Series co-facilitators, Marsie Silvestro and Ross Chaney, offer a wealth of experience to share. There is no charge to attend.
