Rebuilding an Equitable Nonprofit Sector: Systems Change in Action
Additional Information

Prospera Partners is offering a 5-session community of practice (held once a month over 5 months, August 31, September 28, October 26, November 30, December 14) to bring nonprofit professionals together to better identify and transform the systems of inequity in their organizations.
These sessions will be collaborative, exploring topics such as:
•How to have difficult conversations
•Identifying opportunities to shift the culture of your organization
•How to implement new ways of being
•Deepening relationships across the sector
•Moving past talk about equity, justice, and inclusion into taking anti-oppression actions
•Capacity building with a systems change lens
This program is offered as an opportunity to build on the conversations from Prospera Partners “Dismantling Systemic Racism in the Nonprofit Sector” series and continue to help organizations learn to do better, together. This series was created for those who have already taken our “Dismantling Systemic Racism in the Nonprofit Sector” series and completion is required for participation in the “Rebuilding an Equitable Nonprofit Sector” sessions. If you have not already participated, we are offering a one day intensive to take in preparation for this workshop. Previous Dismantling Systemic Racism in the Nonprofit Sector attendees who would like a refresher are welcome to attend this intensive, as well.
