Hybrid Event (details upon registration)
The question of salary arises each time an organization has a vacant position, especially for Executive Directors. How can we be competitive if we don’t know what the current range is? Are there tools or resources that work for some? Is there room to have transparent and confidential conversations about comfortable and fair ranges for various positions? What other forms of compensation or benefits help your organization stand out as an employer?

Series co-facilitators, Marsie Silvestro and Ross Chaney, offer a wealth of experience to share. There is no charge to attend.
