Creating Impact: Building Strong Social Entrepreneurs
with Kim Meredith

Friday, July 14, 2017 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Presented by the International Folk Art Alliance
and hosted by the Santa Fe Community Foundation

Join a dynamic discussion addressing the current trends in U.S.   philanthropy,  social-innovation and social-entrepreneurship, and  how those trends are influencing nonprofits, business and government. We now see different strategies for giving-to and investing-in social impact and social entrepreneurs. Please join Kim Meredith, Executive Director – Stanford Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society (Stanford PACS), the organization that publishes Stanford Social Innovation Review (SSIR) to explore this quest and what you need to know to on this journey.

Kim Meredith is the publisher of the Stanford Social Innovation Review and the founding director of the Stanford Center for Philanthropy & Civil Society (PACS), where she has been responsible for strategic leadership, strong financial performance and consistent organizational growth, including scaling the Stanford PACS budget twelve times in five years through expansion of research and programmatic initiatives. Ms. Meredith joined PACS July 2009, a year later led the team to acquire the Stanford Social Innovation Review (SSIR). In 2012 opened Stanford PACS programs at the Stanford Center at Peking University. Ms. Meredith brings dynamic and innovative leadership to implement the mission of Stanford PACS and SSIR.
