Nonprofit Executive Director Learning Circle: Your Organization's Life Cycle
A peer discussion group co-facilitated by Roy Bowen and Marsie Silvestro

Thursday, November 9, 2017 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM

The Executive Director Learning Circle has been designed for active Executive Directors in the New Mexico nonprofit sector. Whether you became a nonprofit executive director because you founded an organization, or you were next in line, or you took a job that aligned with your skills and values, where you take that organization, and how you leave it, are paramount. That doesn't mean it's easy!

Join your peers for candid discussions addressing the inner work, the nuts and bolts, and the people and places we all strive to support.

This Session's Topic:
Your Organization's Life Cycle - Working with Where You Are
Is your organization in a growth phase, a major transition, or a new beginning? Maybe some programs are in one place and some are in another.
How can we see where we are in our life cycle and how can that guide our work?
Our session will be co-facilitated by Marsie Silvestro and Roy Bowen
with  peer guests
Nancy Guthrie, Many Mothers
Doug Meiklejohn, New Mexico Environmental Law Center
Dr. Jennifer Steketee, Santa Fe Animal Shelter & Humane Society
