Program
This experiential immersion program weaves together the learning circle model with elements of personal and professional development. Through facilitated exploration of your own leadership, deep reflection, goal-setting, and peer networking, this immersion program will:

  • Advance understanding and practice of leading in the nonprofit sector;
  • Strengthen network of nonprofit colleagues through peer-to-peer learning and support;
  • Deepen understanding of leadership capacity through gained leadership skills;
  • Align personal and professional development goals

Session Dates
Cohort members should plan to participate in ALL program sessions.

  • Friday, March 29, 2019, 1-5pm
  • Friday, April 26, 2019, 1-5pm
  • Friday, May 31, 2019, 1-5pm
  • Friday, June 28, 2018, 1-5pm - This will be a comprehensive session with  members of previous cohorts. It is included as part of your program.

All sessions take place at the Santa Fe Community Foundation, 501 Halona Street in Santa Fe.

Registration fees are sliding scale and include all 4 program sessions. 
Participants outside of Santa Fe County, please contact us for information about travel support.

  • Tier 1, Organization Budget Under $150,000/year: $115
  • Tier 2, Orgnization Budget $150-500,000/year: $235
  • Tier 3, Organization Budget Over $500,000/year: $325

Facilitators

Vicki Pozzebon is a purveyor of all things local. She is the owner and principal consultant of Prospera Partners consulting firm, that designs local economy networks, systems, and social enterprise development plans for businesses and organizations that put our communities first. Vicki is a renowned public speaker and designs and facilitates workshops that will inspire community leaders and social entrepreneurs to move to action to localize their economy. She has helped clients develop and grow programs and their business by identifying key localism strategies for success including marketing, press, and business planning. She is also a skilled facilitator, supporting the next generation of activists through her Emerging Social Sector Leaders program at the Santa Fe Community Foundation. Currently, Vicki is an Advisory Board Member of Design Corps Santa Fe, and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Partnership for Responsible Business and ReConnect-Today. Vicki is a blogger and writer of all things local, and the author of numerous articles and white papers. Vicki's background includes arts administration, nonprofit development, marketing, and public relations, and facilitation. Honors include Young Careerist ’06, and 40 under Forty Business Executive by New Mexico Business Weekly. In 2008, Vicki was appointed to the City Business and Quality of Life Committee by Mayor Coss, and in 2014 was on the City of Albuquerque’s Living Cities Leadership Team for Mayor Richard Barry.

Everette W. Hill, MA, is a Principal & Managing Director of the Social Innovation Strategies Group, LLC or SISGroup. He is an expert in asset-based community, youth and organizational development. After more than 20 years of working in the educational, non-profit and community development sectors, Hill currently provides executive consultative services to leaders, organizational design and development services to institutions, and project management services to NGO’s, foundations and government. As a resident of the rural South Valley of Albuquerque for 23 years, Hill has worked to support the development of community, program, policy, organization and educational initiatives statewide. Over his career, Hill has been a teacher, case manager and program manager, Vice President of the largest social service non-profit in New Mexico and Executive Director of a statewide community-based networked intermediary organization. He has worked in the nonprofit, government and private sectors developing and managing programs, grass-roots community-based public policy, and provided strategic planning and technical assistance support to individuals and organizations throughout the social sectors.

Mr. Hill is a native of Madison, Virginia, who moved to New Mexico from California in 1994. He is a graduate of Occidental College (Los Angeles) where he double-majored, earning bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and History, while also studying Sports Medicine and Religious Studies. In 2001, Hill earned a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Phoenix, where the concentration of his work was in Marriage, Family & Child Therapy. Hill is a Senior Associate with Everyday Democracy- a national deliberative dialogue organization dedicated to social change and racial equity. Hill is also a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and a member of the Society of Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
