Communications Toolkit Series: Stop Using Social Media Platforms that Don't Serve You

The Communications Toolkit Series offers three individual sessions that can be taken individually or as a suite. Each offering delivers clear-cut, actionable communications strategies that nonprofit professionals can implement immediately following the session.

This Session: Stop Using Social Media Platforms that Don't Serve You

This session will cover the most widely-used digital platforms and their best uses. Using MediaDesk's GRIST tool, participants will identify the unique purpose and focus of each online account, scrap the ones that aren't working, and define audiences and goals. Activities:

  • Audit: Who is your audience? What's working/not working? Assets and challenges assessment.
  • What you need now. What can wait.
  • Leveraging the best platfroms for your priorities.

By helping organizations tell their stories, we aim to speed up the pace of change. We built our model around providing the highest quality service at the most affordable price, with a sliding scale to open the door to small organizations with limited budgets.

Since 2013 our clients have ranged from small, community-based nonprofits to large national foundations. While our work takes us all over, we remain headquartered in the downtown of our home city, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
