This session is open to everyone in the sector.
Please feel free to join us for support,
discussion, and input on resources. 

We will come together to support one another
and discuss responses to the COVID-19 pandemic
at an organizational and community level.
If you have questions before the session please share with 
Yolanda Cruz (ycruz@santafecf.org) and we will research.
We will also have Lore Pease joining us as a resource.
Lore is the CEO of El Centro Family Health,
an FQHC that serves some of Northern NM’s most vulnerable.

Guest ResourceLore Pease received an Associate degree at Northern Community College, Espanola, NM; completed her BA with an emphasis in Administration at the College of Santa Fe, Santa Fe, NM; then went on to pass the CPA exam in October, 2000 with the strong support of her husband and son.

While attending school she worked as an Accountant for Donald Clark, CPA for 10 years. She began a career in Administration as a Finance Director for Las Clinicas del Norte in June of 1996 then moved to join El Centro Family Health as the Chief Finance Officer in January 2001. In June of 2007 she was appointed to the position of CEO which she holds today. Working closely with the El Centro Board and staff, Lore leads the El Centro teams over the hills and valleys that is the world of health care – growing the organization to provide quality, access and great service to the communities of Northern New Mexico.

Lore currently represents El Centro Family Health as a member of the NM Primary Care Association and holds the title of Past President. 

Facilitator Marsie Silvestro is an internationally known author, composer, artist, motivational speaker, counselor, life coach and consultant. She is recognized locally and nationally for her leadership positions in non-profit, business and politics. Marsie has received numerous state and national awards for her domestic violence, human rights and social justice work. Her 48-year career includes tenure as the Executive Director of several non-profits agency’s including more recently Esperanza Shelter for Battered Families, in Santa Fe, NM. 

Marsie has published three poetry books: “Feast of Sisterly Trance Formation,” “Grief Walks Through Me Like A Rake” and “The Sky Is My Ocean.”  She has facilitated multiple workshops and retreats across the country, using writing, music and art as a genre for healing victims of domestic abuse, PTSD and for personal empowerment of women. Marsie has also produced 4 CD’s of original music “Circling Free” “Crossing the Lines” “On the Other Side” and “In Avalon”.  Her music has been sung in almost every country of the world. Marsie holds a BA in Fine Arts and Theology, and an M.Ed in Pastoral Counseling in 2015, Marsie was named Santa Fe’s Business Woman of the Year by the Santa Fe Professional Business Women’s Association.
