Executive Director's Learning Circle with Dr. Veronica Garcia
Facilitator: Marsie Silvestro

Thursday, September 17, 2020 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Dr. Veronica C. Garcia, the Santa Fe Public School’s Superintendent, will join the September 17th Executive Director Learning Circle. Dr. Garcia will join in the conversation to update community organizations regarding partnering during COVID-19. This time of uncertainty will require us all to take a different approach to strategic partnerships. Traditionally, the schools partner with more organizations than anyone else. These partnerships and services serve to greatly enhance the school experience for students and offer support to staff. Our facilitator, Marsie Silvestro will also be checking in to see where each organization is in the re-opening spectrum and how priorities may have shifted. We are looking to the future. The current situation has allowed executive directors like you to have time to take another look at administrative issues, such as insurance, risk, and personnel policies. Share what works for you, learn what works for others.
