News, Stories, and Events
We are proud to share community news, stories, and events from our nonprofit partners and funds held at the Santa Fe Community Foundation on our website and through our twice-monthly eNewsletter. For consideration, please be sure your post is:

  • Of interest to the nonprofit community at large;
  • Pertains to northern New Mexico.
  • Not a fundraiser (a fee to attend is OK, provided the event is not a fundraiser);

Please note that all event and news & stories promotions are at the discretion of the Santa Fe Community Foundation. We do not promote submissions from LLCs, consultant agencies, or other for-profit companies.

Frequently asked questions

  • Does my organization qualify to post a position to your job board?

    To post to our job board, your position must be local and your organization must be a 501(c)3 nonprofit that serves our funding region of Mora, Rio Arriba, San Miguel, and Santa Fe counties.

    I just submitted a position but it hasn't been posted yet. When will it be live?

    Please check back soon! We update our job board once a week on Tuesdays. If your job submission meets our criteria, it will be live on our website the Tuesday after you submit it.

    Please be aware that if you submit your job opening on a Tuesday, it will be posted the following week.

    How long will my position stay up?

    We will keep your position live for 8 weeks, until your application deadline passes, or you contact us to let us know you've hired someone — whichever comes first!

    If you have not filled your position by the end of 8 weeks, you may resubmit it to our job board using the post request form.

  • The position I posted has been filled. Who should I notify?

    Please share the good news with us by emailing Lily Horwath: [email protected]. Our team will remove your position from our job board as soon as possible.

    I have a volunteer/board opportunity. Can I post it to your job board?

    At this time, we only post paid positions and not volunteer or board opportunities; these may be submitted to Groundworks New Mexico: https://www.groundworksnm.org/volunteer-connection.
