ABOUT the learning HUB
Your community learning center
Our Learning Hub is an educational space for nonprofit board, executive directors, staff members, and donors. Each year, the Hub offers dozens of events, workshops, and learning circles that promote leadership, skill building, and peer-supported growth. The opportunities we offer are uniquely structured to elevate the needs and opportunities of organizations in northern New Mexico, including smaller and rural nonprofits, and to honor the diversity in our state. Join us as we learn, together.

Racial Healing and Renewal Cohort
Designed for nonprofit leaders, this program is based on building the capacity for trusting relationships by analyzing our individual identities within the context of the history of oppression. Healing is a revolutionary act. Honoring lessons from elders in the justice movement, it is imperative that we no longer perpetuate the grinding style of activism that replicates the same exploitative practices on our bodies, minds, and hearts. Healing involves stopping the production of social justice and to holistically understand personal proximity to power allows for real healing.
