This Fall 2024 program is designed specifically for current nonprofit board members. Over the course of six sessions, our goal is to provide an overview of the nonprofit sector and its structure as well as support, knowledge, and skill-building around the fundamentals of board participation. The program includes guest speakers from the community to address the day-to-day details and real-life responsibilities of board service. Whether your board is 3 years old or 30, with a large staff or no staff, serving as a board member is a specific responsibility.

The Client Services Coordinator/Administrative Assistant is responsible for organizing all front office activities including opening and closing procedures. This person is responsible for delivering a trauma-informed response to all persons utilizing Solace’s services by maximizing safety, trustworthiness, participant choice and control, and prioritizing empowerment and collaboration.
Psychotherapist (Spanish/English Bilingual Preferred)
Solace Sexual Assault Services
The Psychotherapist provides evidence-based treatment and complex trauma psychotherapy treatment to all survivors (adult and children) of sexual violence, as well as to non-offending family members, guardians, and other close supporters. Complex Trauma treatment is the primary treatment provided along with adjunctive therapies in at least one of the following areas: EMDR, EFT, Hypnosis, Somatic Experiencing, Brain spotting, Trauma Resilience Model and/or Art Therapy.
Home Visitor
Growing Up New Mexico
This position provides culturally sensitive, in-home and community visitation services to families (prenatal to five) within Santa Fe and Rio Arriba Counties. The home visitor provides education and support through use of reflective listening and utilizes structured curriculum to provide optimal opportunities for child and family growth and development. The home visitor assists families in linking with relevant community resources and completes developmental and other screens.
