Event details

While fundraising is essential, nonprofit executive directors are increasingly called to think beyond grants and annual appeals to ensure long-term financial sustainability. This session offers a supportive, peer-centered space to explore how executive directors can strengthen their organization’s financial health while staying grounded in mission and values. This session is designed for nonprofit executive directors seeking practical frameworks, shared learning, and peer connection around financial sustainability.

Conversation topics will include:

  • Scenario planning in times of uncertainty
  • Revenue diversification strategies
  • Understanding and monitoring key fiscal health indicators
  • Maintaining mission integrity under financial pressure

This session is presented through the Santa Fe Community Foundation’s Learning Hub and is part of the Executive Director Learning Circle program.
