Board members are the trusted guardians navigating the nonprofit toward enduring success. They embrace robust, principled, and lawful strategies in governance and fiscal oversight while ensuring the organization is well-equipped to drive its mission forward. In order to fulfill this role, board members must be well-prepared and aware of their roles and responsibilities. This session will help clarify the board member role.
