Each year, the Chimayo Cultural Preservation Association's San Isidro Day celebration brings neighbors of all ages together to honor Chimayó's acequia traditions through blessing the water, planting the community garden, and passing cultural knowledge from one generation to the next.

La Fonda Foundation's ESL classes are open to anyone in the community who can benefit from learning English and are offered completely free of charge. With support from the Envision Fund at Santa Fe Community Foundation, LGBTQ Grant County is strengthening its foundation and expanding year-round programming for LGBTQ+ youth, elders, and allies in rural southwest New Mexico.
