Event details

Across Learning Hub evaluations, executive directors consistently name board leadership and challenging board dynamics as a pressing issue that is not meaningfully addressed elsewhere. This session offers a supportive space for executive directors to reflect, share experiences, and learn strategies for navigating complex board relationships.

Topics will include:

  • Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries
  • Working effectively with board chairs
  • Strengthening accountability and role clarity
  • Addressing conflict with challenging board members
  • Shifting boards to true collaborators

This session is presented through the Santa Fe Community Foundation’s Learning Hub and is part of the Executive Director Learning Circle program.
