Event details

Strong governance is essential to a nonprofit’s effectiveness and long-term sustainability. Yet many organizations struggle with clarity around board roles, responsibilities, and decision-making.

This session provides a practical overview of nonprofit governance, with a focus on how boards and leadership can work together to support mission, accountability, and organizational health. Participants will explore the core responsibilities of board members and gain a clearer understanding of how effective governance supports both strategy and day-to-day operations.
