About the event
Recruiting new board members can be challenging in small communities. It is important that you are thinking of the skills and voices needed to help your board succeed. There are strategies you can use to build a diverse board with people who are passionate about your cause and can bring specific skills to the table. Hear how term limits can help you strengthen your board and ways to keep board members who “time off” your board engaged. Taos programs are presented in partnership with the Taos Community Foundation.
