This interactive workshop will introduce practical strategies and resources to help nonprofit leaders respond to change with confidence. Participants will explore cost-saving resources, time-saving tools, and approaches that strengthen organizational resilience and support healthy workplace practices. The session will also provide guidance on identifying trusted information, evaluating new resources, and building collaborative networks that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Topics will include:

  • Finding trusted information, resources, and free or low-cost tools
  • Evaluating resources and identifying those that best fit your organization's needs
  • Cost-saving resources and time-saving tools that strengthen organizational capacity
  • Organizational well-being and sustainable workplace practices
  • Building strong peer networks and collaborative partnerships
  • Navigating change while staying grounded in mission and values

This session is designed for nonprofit leaders seeking practical ideas, useful resources, and peer connection to help their organizations remain resilient and responsive in a changing environment.
