The Santa Fe Community Foundation’s Philanthropy Hub is a learning and gathering place for our region’s philanthropic sector, including nonprofit board and staff members, and donors. With dozens of events, workshops, and learning circles to choose from each year, this is a space where everyone is encouraged to grow together.

Executive Director Learning Circle Wraps for 2025
The Learning Hub wrapped up a strong year for the Executive Director Learning Circle — our free, drop-in peer space for nonprofit executive directors in northern New Mexico. We explored practical leadership topics including board development, fundraising alignment, emotional intelligence, and equity-focused practices. Deep thanks to facilitators Marsie Silvestro and Ross Chaney, and to our guest speakers for their insights.
Empty Stocking Fund: Delivering help, sharing hope
In this op-ed, Santa Fe Community Foundation President & CEO Christopher Goett shares how the Empty Stocking Fund embodies our region’s spirit of community care. Since 1981, it has helped local families navigate sudden crises by covering urgent expenses. With a new season of giving ahead, the Foundation invites everyone to help bring stability and hope to neighbors in need.
