Responding to a Growing Housing Crisis
Housing instability continues to grow across northern New Mexico, driven in part by a shortage of available homes. Since 2022, the Community Housing & Homelessness Prevention Fund has invested $903,000 to address urgent shelter needs, expand transitional and permanent supportive housing, and advocate for policy change yielding more affordable housing across New Mexico.

Case Manager

The Case Manager/QIDP carries a caseload of not more than 20 Intellectual Disabilities participants living in the group home setting. The QIDP is responsible for providing access to appropriate services for these individuals and their families/guardians requiring assistance. The QIDP also assesses situations, sets goals, and obtains the required services as necessary for implementation and monitoring of the quality of program services on an ongoing basis. Candidates should have administrative management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and basic bookkeeping skills. Must be available to support weekend concerts in Santa Fe.
