New Mexico Nonprofit Salary & Benefits Survey
Nonprofit Salary & Benefits Survey
New Mexico Thrives is conducting a nonprofit salary and benefits survey. With your participation, they will create a compensation report that will allow you to compare salaries and benefits by budget size, staff size, and region. HR or finance executives at associations and nonprofits will be the most appropriate people to complete the survey.
If your organization doesn't have a dedicated HR or finance staff person, the executive director would be the most appropriate person to complete the survey. To ensure confidentiality, New Mexico Thrives will not report data for categories that include less than five respondents. The data will be aggregated, so answers will not be identified with organizations.
Participation is free for all nonprofits and the survey is open until March 17. The full report will be free for any participating New Mexico Thrives member organization, $50 for member organizations who did not participate, $50 for participating non-member organizations, and $100 for non-member organizations who did not participate.

460,000 New Mexicans are facing an urgent challenge.
